Core Purpose: The Product Manager for Health Platforms will own and develop multiple prioritized technology and technical backlogs based on user needs, value and effort, working with a range of specialists in multidisciplinary teams, applying agile methods and product mindset for delivery of digital services in a complex technical environment for progressive value realization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage strategic and operational delivery of political party and campaigner registration, financial returns, and compliance checks.
- Make evidence- and risk-based regulatory decisions in a fast-paced, politically sensitive environment.
- Oversee quality management systems and regulated financial information.
- Contribute to directorate and senior leadership strategy, including substituting for colleagues as needed.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with political parties, campaigners, governments, regulators, and stakeholders.
- Lead, inspire, and develop the Registration, Compliance, and Transparency Team to deliver high-performance results aligned with strategic priorities.
