Overview: The Senior Commercial Manager will provide strategic commercial leadership on a high-profile digital programme within Client Corporate Services. This is a senior, non-technical role focused on governance, procurement, stakeholder management, and enterprise-level commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead commercial strategy from inception to contract award
  • Manage high-value, high-risk contracts and frameworks
  • Ensure compliance, governance, and value for money
  • Influence senior stakeholders and suppliers
  • Oversee end-to-end procurement and contract lifecycle
  • Provide programme-level insights and support strategic decision-making

  • Public Accounts (PA) 2023 exposure
  • Large, complex public sector programmes
