We are looking for a highly organised and experienced Executive/Personal Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of a growing international business in London. Reporting directly to the Director, this part-time hybrid role is ideal for a proactive professional who can manage both administrative and light strategic tasks with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, communications, and meeting logistics
- Draft and format presentations, reports, and follow-up materials
