You’ll own project margins end‑to‑end, from cost planning and variations to final account settlement, negotiating with subcontractors and clients, and reporting directly to the directors.
You’ll manage valuations, subcontractor costs and labour expenditure using LiveCosts and Monday.com, supported by a growing portfolio as the business scales towards £10M+.
