We are on the lookout for passionate, energetic swimming instructors to join our work family at Individuality Swimming. Whether already a qualified and experienced Swim Teacher, or thinking of a new rewarding career path and wanting to retrain as a Swim Teacher, we would love to hear from you. Those not qualified yet, we would love to help you with this. We are also an STA training centre and train many of our own teachers and have a team of in-house tutors to help aid further development and training.
Candidates must hold a minimum of STA Award or Swim England L2.
Other desirable qualities/qualifications:
- UK Driving Licence
- Parent and Baby (Pre School) Qualification (SE or STA)
- UK Right to work
We teach all levels of classes from Baby & Pre School, non-swimmers up to pre-club level, adult beginners and advanced. Our classes are small with a maximum of 5 swimmers in most of our levels. We also run small private 1:1 and 2:1 lessons.
