Your Key Responsibilities
- Repair and restore panels on prestige vehicles, supercars, hypercars, EVs, and hybrid models with meticulous precision
- Work with advanced materials including aluminium, ultra‑high‑strength steels, and composite materials
- Apply manufacturer‑approved techniques for brands ranging from MINI to Ferrari, McLaren to Rolls‑Royce
- Utilise specialist equipment including welding equipment, rivet bonding systems, and precision vehicle jigs
- Perform structural repairs maintaining exact manufacturer tolerances and specifications
- Execute panel replacements with perfect alignment and factory‑standard fitment
- Conduct damage assessments identifying all necessary repairs and communicating with Vehicle Damage Assessors
- Order additional parts as required to complete repairs to pre‑accident condition
- Quality control your own work, ensuring zero defects and perfect panel alignment before sign‑off
- Maintain safety excellence following all Health and Safety protocols, using PPE, and keeping work areas organised

Essential Experience & Skills
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Panel Beater / Panel Technician in the automotive repair industry
- Proven mastery of panel beating, welding, and structural repair techniques
- Experience with advanced materials including aluminium, ultra‑high‑strength steels, and bonded structures
- Proficiency with specialist equipment including MIG/MAG welding, rivet bonding, and vehicle jig systems
- Understanding of EV and hybrid vehicle construction and safe repair procedures
- Knowledge of manufacturer repair methods and OEM specifications across multiple premium brands
- Familiarity with computer‑based systems such as EMACS or equivalent estimating software
- Up‑to‑date industry knowledge with eagerness to learn new materials and techniques
