Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, staffing, and inventory
- Ensure world‑class guest experience and guest satisfaction
- Manage budgeting, cost control, and profitability targets
- Maintain health, safety, and regulatory compliance standards
- Coach, mentor, and lead the front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams
