Individual Restaurants has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and well-presented Reception Manager to join our team based in Liverpool. You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, and in return receive a competitive salary.

The role:
As a Reception Manager, you will represent the brand and welcome the guest on arrival. You will be responsible for managing the reception team ensuring they provide excellent customer service and meet the company’s standards whilst maximising sales. You will ensure the smooth running of the reception with all areas operating a high-quality service.
What will you be doing as our Reception Manager?
– Meeting and greeting clients and taking them to their seats
– Managing a team to ensure they promote company standards
– Scheduling, managing and controlling the Restaurant Reservations via the reservations system, maximising the revenue potential of bookings
– Ensuring all large party deposits are paid and their special orders and requirements are met
– Actively promoting and developing sales awareness within the team
– Keeping the reception area tidy and the focal point for guest’s arrival
– Having maximum knowledge of all products, service standards, procedures and company policies
