About You
- Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage, staffing, and budgeting
- Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
