We're looking for a proactive and organised Digital Marketing Executive to support the delivery of digital marketing activity across our portfolio of premium hospitality brands.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the start of their marketing career who wants hands on experience across websites, apps, CRM, email marketing and campaign delivery.
What You'll Do
- Manage content updates across websites, apps and third party platforms.
- Maintain Google Business Profiles, Tripadvisor and partner sites such as Deliveroo.
- Build and schedule customer email campaigns through our CRM platform.
- Support the delivery of marketing campaigns, promotions and new openings.
- Coordinate digital content with internal teams and agency partners.
- Monitor digital channels, identify issues and help drive improvements.
- Support reporting and performance tracking across digital campaigns.
Key Experience
- Experience in a marketing, digital, content or administrative role.
- Experience using a website CMS.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Basic understanding of CRM and email marketing.
- Confidence working across digital platforms and learning new systems.
- Experience within hospitality, retail or leisure
