As a Supervisor, you'll play a key role in supporting the management team, leading by example on the restaurant floor and helping to create a positive culture where both guests and team members can thrive.
As a Supervisor, you will:
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Support daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service throughout each shift
- Lead by example, demonstrating outstanding hospitality and professionalism
- Coach, train and develop team members to help them reach their potential
- Assist with team briefings, shift organisation and floor management
- Handle guest feedback confidently and professionally, ensuring positive outcomes
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and operational compliance
- Support the management team in achieving sales, service and labour targets
- Help create an engaging and positive working environment for the team
- Ensure every guest leaves with a memorable experience and a reason to return
