Individual Restaurants is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Junior Sous Chef to join our team. As a Junior Sous Chef, you will assist in the creation and execution of diverse and high-quality dishes, ensuring they meet the standards set by the Head Chef, working alongside a passionate team and learning from experienced chefs.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in menu planning and execution of dishes under the guidance of the Head Chef
  • Maintain high food quality standards and consistency
  • Coordinate with kitchen crew on shift duties and timely service
  • Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Support training and development of junior kitchen staff
