You will be part of a collection of leading restaurants, with roles across 30+ venues including Piccolino, Restaurant Bar & Grill, Riva, Forbici and Piccolo.
Responsibilities
- Craft a diverse range of high-quality and visually stunning cocktails that cater to guests' preferences.
- Provide consistent, attentive service in line with brand standards.
- Support bar team with station readiness, stock management, and hygiene compliance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Experience as a bartender in a busy hospitality setting is preferred.
- Creativity in crafting cocktails and ability to tailor drinks to guest preferences.
- Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.
