Product Manager
Full time position
Purpose
Maximising sales through effective analysis and a strong product strategy, adapting the national guidelines to their store and market needs. Ensure the store is following all country commercial strategies and applies to their store adapting it accordingly and provide feedback. Good analysis using the tools in store to certify the achievement of sales budgets. Will manage the product in store and provide weekly feedback on product and current store needs.
Key Responsibilities
- In constant communication with the Pilot Manager and Regional Support, creates a strong weekly and weekend strategy in line with the country strategy but adapted to their store category and customer profile.
- Defines all commercial actions and workshops in the store.
- Analysis and awareness of Clothes, Tempe and Perfumes.
- Transmits all the commercial information and messages immediately guaranteeing their implementation in their store.
- Planning the launch of new collections and new lines.
- Ensures that the floor layout is merchandised in accordance with the company guidelines.
- Ensure lighting, furniture's, in-store props, windows are up to standards and propose changes when necessary.
- Keep up to date on the latest fashion trends and participates in Fashionista projects.
- Analysing daily/weekly information, communicates with their team and plans week ahead.
- Follows up on competitor's activities and provides feedback to Store Director, National team and Product departments.
- Keep their stores informed about the product information in terms of sustainability and any novelty in this area.
- In depth knowledge of all commercial applications: Ranking, 78, Retail app, alerts, itx stock, delivery app …
- Control of destocking (DC2 stores).
- Commercial supervision of capacity devolutions in order to always have a stockroom consisting of commercial product and active stock.
- Actively participates in all the projects to improve Customer Experience and the KPIs to measure this.
- Supports the training and development of the Commercial and Management teams.
- Spot potential within the team and organise together with Employee Experience Manager skill assessments to keep driving leapers success within the business.
- Always lead by example striving to achieve an excellent customer experience.
- To ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is offered in the store.
- To support customer service with product knowledge and awareness of the new arrivals, the best sellers and fashion trends and offer alternatives.
- Comply with the company Health.
