Zara is looking for a HR Operations for their Bond Street Flagship store.
Purpose
Responsible for the administration involved in the employee lifecycle and operations of the store, always striving to improve the employee experience by leading initiatives around onboarding, people development, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Activity & Administration
- Maintain Orquest and schedules updated with the changes.
- Responsible for recruitment processes from following up with the vacancy tracker, contact with Talent centre (if applicable), conducting interviews for SA and making sure new starter documentation is correctly fulfilled so contracts can be issued.
- Responsible for the correct reporting of hours and attendance to minimize corrections and guarantee correct payment.
- Support on ER matters, assisting in formal meetings, Return to Work interviews, lateness interviews, providing support to senior managers.
- Responsible for the Onboarding process which involves planning new starters Inductions, always seeking to engage new recruits, transmit our culture and values, and prepare them to perform.
- Follows up the work of the Coach on weekly basis (feedback previous and planning of current and spot checks on quality of inductions).
- Collaborates and works alongside the managers to identify potential and support the management of Leap for Junior roles: from supporting Skills assessments organisation and administration to leading the follow up of the training progress.
- Responsible for the Leap file and Leap 121 calendar review.
- Works with all managers in store to maximise the use of Good Morning / Afternoon meetings to transmit information, drive motivation and strengthen the teams creating a sense of community.
- Good use of Buenos Dias content and share It accordingly.
- Responsible for Changemakers, takes the lead in the company’s sustainability projects with a holistic approach.
- Responsible for collaborating with the managers in meeting company’s expectations with regards to H&S.
- Follow up on completion of mandatory trainings.
- Responsible of uniform orders and to provide the correct uniform to employees, ensuring they meet the Company representation standards.
- Maintenance of Personnel files to meet standards and comply with Data Protection guidelines.
- Support and update Managers to report and follow up any malfunction in any devices.
- Support Managers and update on Devices inventory.
- Supports Managers with stationery and bags orders.
- Keep Store boards up to date.
Experience and Qualifications
- Management Experience in a fast-paced retail operation achieving outstanding performance and accomplishment in INDITEX.
- Proven record of developing the teams and delivering training.
- HR Degree or CIPD qualification desirable.
