  • Delivering VM in line with brand and company guidelines, adapting quickly while staying true to Stradivarius standards.
  • Leading with a high standard of customer service on the shop floor—supporting the team to deliver a premium customer experience that reflects the Stradivarius brand.
  • Being a positive ambassador for our sustainability initiatives in store.
  • Keeping calm under pressure, staying organised, and prioritising brilliantly—especially during peak trading, deliveries and changeovers.

What you’ll bring:

  • Previous visual merchandising experience in fashion retail.
  • Strong commercial awareness and confidence working with KPIs.
  • Comfortable using reports/tools to inform decisions and follow up performance.
  • Strong understanding of Stradivarius’s DNA and product, plus awareness of current market trends.

The mindset we love:

  • You’re trend-aware and detail-obsessed, with a strong eye for styling and storytelling.
  • You translate product into outfits and moments that feel inspiring, feminine and fashion-forward—always with a commercial lens.
  • You read performance and customer behaviour, react quickly, and keep the floor clear, curated and easy to shop.
  • Fast-paced energises you: you’re proactive, adaptable, and proud of executing the basics brilliantly while constantly raising the visual standard as a team.

What we offer:

  • Competitive salary
