The role
As a Deputy Store Manager, you are a commercial and people leader who supports the Store Manager to deliver results and create a strong store culture. You balance performance with empathy, using insight, emotional intelligence and great organisation to keep the store running at its best — especially during the busiest moments. You’ll be hands-on, customer-led and adaptable, bringing calm focus under pressure and helping your team feel supported, motivated and ready to win the day.
