To assist and Support the General Manager in the running of the store and driving the sales in line with company objectives and ensuring company standards.

To supervises all the activities that take place within the shop and coordinate staff activity.

Effective communication skills as will work closely with Ops Manager, Product Managers and will support in coordinating the store.

Key Responsibilities

  • STORE SALES AND OPERATIONS
  • Ensure to drive the sales and all business aspects, supporting the GM, in order to meet and exceed the store Key Performance Indicator represent the link between the Product Managers, Ops Manager and CX Manager, coordinating all aspects related to product and store operations, planning meetings and strategies with them to support the General Manager.
  • Work together with Product Managers to maximise sales, product success and implementation of strategies.
  • Manage the store organisation, including monitoring and reviewing productive tasking throughout all areas (floor, FR, cash desk, stockroom, overnight, etc) proposing more efficient solutions where found.

Ensure that the front and back of house operations are followed and covered at all times.

  • Ensure that the product flow (replenishment, fitting room, refunds, etc) and company standards are maintained across all areas in the store
  • Guarantee a fluid communication across all the departments in store
  • Supervise the effective training of all the devices functionalities (ITX, IPod sales, item locator…). Supervise the good usage and control of the devices.
  • Supervise and ensure that all floor commercial moves are supported operationally, to guarantee smooth running of the commercial/operational processes.
  • Ensure all the operation standards are set up and followed in all the cash desks, in regard to purchases, refunds, exchanges, transfer product (RFID), faulty and items on hold.
  • Responsible for store maintenance and cleaning standards to be kept to high level throughout the store and report any issue accordingly.
  • Guarantee that a healthy stock level in store, ensuring that all inbound and outbound movements are managed efficiently following the company guidelines.
  • Manage replenishment KPI to be in line with company expectations and create/implement action plans when corrective actions are needed
  • Work with the Operations Manager to ensure the efficiency of the stockroom layout with a correct allocation of space between departments, according to the sales and the season
  • Make sure that the delivery process is in line with the company target productivity.
  • To support the general manager with all store security procedures to minimise stock loss and develop action plans accordingly.
  • Effective and regular communication with L&P Department.
  • To be responsible for the maintenance and inventories of all store’s electronic Devices, telephones, Ipads, Ipods, bluebirds and apply troubleshooting techniques when needed.
  • Responsible for ONLINE organisation, managing daily deadlines and maximising online packages to increase store productivity.
  • Be actively involved in new projects, ensuring team members receive relevant training to maximise success in all operational.
  • PEOPLE AND WELLBEING PROCESSES
  • Orquest management: To manage the team schedules in an efficient manner, in accordance to the productivity and hourly company budgets, respecting the shift pattern and work life balance project.

Productivity in sales/ units: To meet the budget, monitoring and take all related corrective actions when necessary.

  • Allocate the team holidays
  • Manage and control resources and Productivity in sales/ units in order to meet the budget with the General Manager, monitoring and take corrective actions when necessary.
  • To be responsible for all payroll processes and comply with deadlines
  • Working together with HR Manager to ensure that all ER processes are followed according to the company policy in managing formal and informal meetings, sicknesses and absence
