Is responsible for the commercial identity of the store.

Analysis the performance of the store/department (Clothes, Tempe and Perfumes) in order to ensure the achievement of sales targets, using the appropriate analysis tools and planning the correct strategy

COMMERCIAL PERFORMANCE AND ANALYSIS

  • Analyse sales data for the Store and adjust strategies as necessary to maximise sales
  • Oversee the store plan and layouts to enhance commercial strategy and optimise the customer shopping experience
  • To work alongside the Regional and National Team ensuring that all Country strategies are implemented according to your customer profile by planning and organising workshops in store.
  • In depth knowledge of all commercial applications: Ensure scheduling is done for the Commercial Team in Orquest in line with company guidelines.

Develop and execute the visual merchandising strategy to align with brands identity, market trends and business goals

  • Ensure seasonal planning is reflected on the shop floor according to the commercial calendar and Company strategies following season trends and market needs.
  • To identify and implement creative and visual ideas for the store, manage in store furniture, lighting and internal mannequins in order to maintain high standards of image.
  • Ensure windows are up to standards and propose changes when necessary.
  • Keep up to date with the latest fashion trends and participates in Fashionista projects.

TEAM LEADERSHIP & DEVELOPMENT

  • To be responsible for the training and development of the Commercial team by ensuring that regular feedback, reviews and adequate training is given.
  • Daily commercial updates with the team to ensure they are informed, engaged and equipped to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • To be responsible for all payroll processes and comply with deadlines
  • To ensure that all ER processes are followed according to the company policy in managing formal and informal meetings, sickness and absence.
  • To be an ambassador in the company’s sustainability project and ensures that the store upholds and works towards finding new, innovative and economically reductive ways to be sustainable.

Deep understanding of customer behaviour and profile, and takes actions to improve the product knowledge of the team to increase sales and achieve commercial goals.

  • To be aware of the risks of employees and customers are exposed to and to be aware of safe work practices and company procedures to overcome them
  • To ensure good housekeeping is maintained throughout all areas in the store and to be able to use the HS Net app to report accidents

A fashion/textile design qualification is desirable but not essential.

  • Proven record of creating and implementing successful commercial actions.

Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on building partnerships, managing conflict and influencing others.

  • Ability to drive change: open minded, flexible, adaptable, oriented to results, embraces technology and innovation.
  • Resilient and able to handle pressure and react quickly to situations, making timely decisions in challenging conditions / circumstances.
