About us
Inditex is a global fashion retail group behind brands including Zara, Massimo Dutti, Pull&Bear, Bershka, Stradivarius, Oysho, Lefties and Zara Home.
The role
As a Product Manager, your purpose is clear: maximise sales through strong analysis and product strategy, adapting national guidelines to your store, your market and your customer. This is a full-time, store-based role, reporting to the Store Manager / Deputy Store Manager.
What you’ll be doing
- Build a strong weekly + weekend commercial strategy with Pilot Manager and Regional Support, aligned to country direction and tailored to your store profile.
- Lead commercial actions and workshops and drive implementation at pace.
- Own analysis across all categories, using daily/weekly trading to plan ahead.
- Plan and deliver newness launches (collections and lines), ensuring the floor is merchandised to guidelines and standards.
- Keep one eye on trends and competitors, feeding back to Store Director / National / Product teams.
- Be confident with commercial tools (Ranking, 78, Retail App, alerts, ITX stock, delivery app) and use them to hit budgets.
- Manage destocking and capacity devolutions to protect a commercial, active stockroom.
- Drive customer experience projects and the KPIs that measure them.
- Develop the team: train, spot potential, support progression—always leading by example on service and standards.
- Be an ambassador for sustainability, keeping the store informed and supporting innovation in this area.
What you’ll bring
- Previous fashion retail experience in similar roles.
- Merchandising experience (ideally in a similar environment) + strong customer service.
- Proven record of creating and implementing successful commercial actions.
- Strong commercial mindset: numeracy, communication and presentation skills.
- A change-ready attitude: tech-forward, adaptable, results-driven, resilient under pressure.
The mindset we love
You’re product-obsessed and commercially sharp —you read the numbers, spot the opportunity, and turn insight into a clear plan that lifts performance. You move fast, bring others with you, and keep standards high without losing the customer. A calm operator under pressure, you’re the person who makes newness land better—and makes the store win.
