Zara is looking for a HR Operations for their Bond Street Flagship store.
Full time Position
Reporting to: In store HR Manager/ General Manager
Purpose
Responsible for the administration involved in the employee lifecycle and operations of the store, always striving to improve the employee experience by leading initiatives around onboarding, people development, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain Orquest and schedules updated with the changes.
- Responsible for recruitment processes from following up with the vacancy tracker, contact with Talent centre (if applicable), conducting interviews for SA and making sure new starter documentation is correctly fulfilled so contracts can be issued.
- Responsible for the correct reporting of hours and attendance to minimize corrections and guarantee correct.
