What You'll Be Doing
- Drive Operational Excellence
- Lead front-of-house operations to ensure the store consistently delivers against key business objectives and KPIs.
- Oversee daily operations across the sales floor, fitting rooms, cash desks, and customer service areas.
- Ensure product availability through effective replenishment and stock flow processes.
- Maintain exceptional store standards and create a welcoming environment for customers and colleagues.
- Partner closely with Back of House and all store departments to ensure seamless communication and execution.
- Support commercial activity and floor moves, ensuring operational efficiency at all times.
- Champion the effective use of store technology and digital tools, coaching the team to maximise performance.
- Deliver an Outstanding Customer Experience
- Create a customer-first culture across the store.
- Lead queue management, fitting room operations, Click & Collect services, and refund processes to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Support and coach the team on customer service initiatives and store services.
- Ensure all team members are confident in delivering Zara's repair and sustainability services.
- Lead, Develop and Inspire Your Team
- Build a positive, inclusive and high-performing team culture.
- Coach and develop colleagues through regular feedback, development conversations and succession planning.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training and wellbeing initiatives.
- Ensure scheduling and productivity plans align with business needs while promoting work-life balance.
- Lead by example, motivating your team to achieve individual and collective success.
- Security, Compliance and Loss Prevention
- Oversee inventory processes and stock accuracy initiatives.
- Ensure cash handling, banking and refund procedures are followed consistently.
- Partner with the Loss Prevention team to minimise stock loss and implement action plans where required.
- Ensure all security procedures, documentation and compliance standards are maintained.
- Health, Safety and Sustainability
- Promote a safe working environment for customers and colleagues.
- Ensure all Health & Safety procedures are followed across the store.
- Act as an ambassador for Zara's sustainability initiatives, supporting projects that help create a more responsible future.
