The role
As a Visual Merchandiser at Oysho, you’ll bring our collections to life in-store—balancing brand DNA, trend awareness and commercial performance to create an inspiring environment for customers. Reporting to the General Manager and Deputy Manager, you’ll work closely with the store team to deliver exceptional presentation and a premium customer journey. This is a full-time position requiring full flexibility, including evenings and weekends, with occasional early starts for deliveries and visual changes.
What you’ll be doing
- Using commercial and product data to spot opportunities and improve store results.
- Owning the store’s visual and commercial execution, ensuring displays feel elevated, current and customer-focused.
- Delivering VM in line with brand and company guidelines, adapting quickly while staying true to Oysho standards.
- Leading with a high standard of customer service on the shop floor—supporting the team to deliver a premium customer experience that reflects the Oysho brand.
- Being a positive ambassador for our sustainability initiatives in store.
- Keeping calm under pressure, staying organised, and prioritising brilliantly—especially during peak trading, deliveries and changeovers.
