The role

As an Assistant Operations Manager, you support the Operations Manager in keeping the store running smoothly behind the scenes. You help drive stock flow, delivery processing, replenishment, online organisation and back‑of‑house standards — making sure the right product reaches the shopfloor at the right time. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role in a high‑volume environment. You’ll need to be organised, reliable and calm under pressure, supporting the team to meet deadlines while keeping accuracy, safety and standards high.

What you’ll do

  • Support the Operations Manager with daily back‑of‑house routines and stockroom organisation
  • Help manage deliveries, ensuring product is processed accurately and efficiently
  • Support hourly replenishment and stock flow to keep the shopfloor commercial and ready for customers
  • Monitor replenishment routines and support actions to improve productivity and availability
  • Assist with online organisation, daily deadlines and package productivity where applicable
  • Maintain clear communication between stockroom, shopfloor and management teams
  • Support, coach and motivate the operations team during busy periods
  • Ensure Health & Safety, security and stock movement procedures are followed consistently
  • Keep back‑of‑house areas clean, organised and safe
  • Act as an ambassador for Inditex sustainability initiatives
