Bershka is seeking a Deputy Manager in Greater London to support the General Manager in driving store performance, delivering excellent customer experience and upholding Bershka’s brand standards.
This hands-on role leads from the shop floor, assists with daily decisions and steps up to lead the store when needed.
You will oversee KPIs, merchandising, stock control, and team coaching, while contributing to recruitment, onboarding and succession planning.
