Our Deputy Managers ensure that the business is run efficiently by encouraging the team and controlling the product and commerciality of the store. Some of your responsibilities will be to:
- Monitor and analyse commercial and product data to improve the sales and productivity of your store
- Oversee the store’s operational tasks
- Motivate and develop your team
- Be an ambassador for our company\’s sustainability project
