Tasks
CUSTOMER
- Has a full Customer Care focus, overseeing team training to ensure Customer Care standards are always high to build customer loyalty.
- Resolves possible conflicts with customers, always prioritizing customer satisfaction.
PROCESSES
- Ensure the stockroom is efficiently organised.
PRODUCT
- Help boost store sales and performance.
- Analyse daily sales rankings, new product performance, zero-sales items, and subfamily weight distribution planning adjustments based on furniture profitability, adapting product placement to store needs and available stock levels.
- Analyse and cross-check data with their store profile and sales.
- Monitor sales by ambience, tables and furniture to get the most out of the store’s strategic sections.
- Ensure that Visual Merchandising reflects current trends and guarantee that the Visual team’s standards are met in the store and enhances bestsellers.
- Know what new products have arrived, which will arrive in the next delivery, and make decisions about the product in-store based on that information.
- Support the Store Manager ensuring all Health and Safety processes are complied with.
- Ensure that cleanliness and tidiness protocols are always followed in the store.
- Perform the Store Manager\\\'s duties in their absence.
