Indigo are looking for a Resident Engineer in Malaysia to provide critical support across multiple sites in Kuala Lumpur, including business locations and data centre environments. This role will play a key part in maintaining service continuity, including ownership and resolution of high‑priority incidents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve P1 (critical) incidents within contact centre environments
  • Provide onsite L2 support across multiple locations in Kuala Lumpur
  • Troubleshoot, test, and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Support failover configuration and validation to ensure resilience
  • Act as onsite “hands and feet” for OEMs/vendors in on‑prem environments
  • Deliver business hours support with participation in on‑call rota (out‑of‑hours and weekends as required)
  • Ensure service continuity, including coordination of backup/backfill engineer coverage

About You

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands‑on experience with AudioCodes SBC, AudioCodes Voca Contact Center, Genesys Contact Center
  • L2 level capability (or equivalent certifications) in troubleshooting and support
  • Proven experience handling P1 / major incidents
  • Experience working in enterprise or data centre environments
  • Ability to support failover scenarios and system testing
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Additional Requirements

  • Must be based in Malaysia (resident or holding a valid Employment Pass)
  • Backup engineer/backfill arrangement required to ensure continuous support
  • Must be able to adhere to shift‑based coverage between 7:00am – 7:00pm
  • On‑call support required outside business hours
  • Occasional weekend work as needed
