The Business Analyst is responsible for leading business analysis activities across development projects, ensuring thorough investigation, comprehensive documentation, and effective stakeholder engagement to support successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively with business users, customers, and the systems team to align on project goals and requirements.

- Feasibility assessment - Support documentation of solution options, including cost / benefit, impact & risk analysis.
- Requirements definition & management - Fully managing the requirements lifecycle. Eliciting, documenting, analysing & organizing requirements.
- Acceptance testing - Devising acceptance test cases & scenarios. Planning, executing & reporting the outcome of acceptance tests.
- Business process improvement - Documenting, analysing & designing business processes.
- Stakeholder relationship management - Identifying stakeholders. Manage, monitor & improve stakeholder relationships. Implement stakeholder engagement / communication plans.
