This is a fixed term PAYE maternity cover assignment, starting ASAP and running for c. 12 months, working on a hybrid basis out of Magor, NP26. At Indigo Telecom Group, we're trusted by some of the world's leading network operators, hyperscalers and technology providers to deliver complex telecommunications, data centre and infrastructure projects. We're now looking for an experienced Programme Manager to take ownership of the successful delivery of strategic programmes, leading cross-functional teams and driving excellence from inception through to completion.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading complex programmes and multiple workstreams from initiation through to delivery
- Managing stakeholder relationships across customers, suppliers and internal teams
- Driving programme governance, reporting, risk management and commercial performance
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within scope and budget
- Supporting continuous improvement and best‑practice programme delivery
