Reporting to the People Operations Lead, the People Operations Coordinator is at the heart of delivering a great employee experience.
You'll provide day-to-day administrative support across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring our people processes run smoothly, our records are accurate, and employees receive a professional and responsive service.
This is a busy and varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys being organised, solving problems and keeping things running efficiently behind the scenes.
You'll be the first point of contact for many People-related queries, supporting employees and managers while working closely with the wider People team to ensure a consistent and positive experience for everyone.

About you
- Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, customer service or support role within a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and competing demands.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
- Experience managing high volumes of activity while maintaining excellent service standards.
- Confidence using business systems, databases or CRM platforms to maintain records and produce reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- A customer-focused approach, with the ability to build positive working relationships across the business.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word.
- A proactive mindset, with the confidence to identify issues, suggest improvements and take ownership of solutions escalating where required.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, seeing tasks through to completion. Strong problem-solving skills and a practical, common-sense approach.
- A willingness to learn new systems, processes and ways of working.
- Experience supporting people, customers, employees or stakeholders through queries and administrative processes would be beneficial.
