Indigo’s Development Operations Team supports, maintains, and enhances the internal systems used across the business. The team also delivers customer‑facing add‑on services including portals, system integrations, and custom development for clients using our core services such as NOC, FLM, and Project Delivery.
The Role
We are recruiting a Business Analyst to lead business analysis activities across development projects. The role involves thorough investigation, detailed documentation, and effective engagement with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with business users, customers, and system teams to ensure alignment on project goals and requirements.
- Engage proactively with stakeholders, manage expectations, and resolve issues.
- Understand and articulate business and customer needs, converting them into actionable requirements.
- Conduct business situation analyses using interviews, workshops, shadowing, and both qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Define problems, analyse root causes, and support the development of solution options.
- Produce feasibility assessments including cost–benefit, impact, and risk analysis.
- Manage the full requirements lifecycle.
- Plan, design, and execute acceptance testing, including test case creation and outcome reporting.
- Document, analyse, and redesign processes to support operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
