In this role you will drive visual storytelling and ensure brand consistency across digital and print media. You'll lead creative design and present concepts to leadership, shaping campaigns that support Motorola Solutions' mission to keep people and places safe. You collaborate with cross-functional teams, stay ahead of trends, and mentor the team to deliver high-quality visuals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate concepts into visual storytelling and creative concepts.
  • Work within established design guidelines and ensure consistency across designs.
  • Prepare and present work to internal teams including senior leadership.
  • Be the primary creative voice and advocate of the Motorola Solutions brand.
  • Present and defend creative work to marketing and corporate teams.
  • Lead the creative design and execution of trade show graphics, presentations, brochures, emails, icons and illustrations.
  • Collaborate with business partners to understand requirements and creatively execute concepts.
  • Inspire and bring new ideas through creative thought leadership.
  • Stay familiar with new design technologies, tactics and strategies.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience.
  • Expert knowledge of Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, PowerPoint, Google Suite.
  • Deep experience in pre-production and file preparation techniques for print design.
  • Knowledge of editorial design and typography.
  • Knowledge and experience of illustration, infographic, and icon design principles.
  • Practical knowledge in LightRoom, Adobe Acrobat, FinalCut Pro, Adobe Premiere.
  • Practical knowledge of basic photographic and video production principles.
  • Strong organizational skills in maintaining files, naming conventions and version control.
  • Superior communication skills.
  • Excellent project management skills; ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • High energy with a desire to learn and excel.
  • Passionate and motivated team player.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • B2B marketing experience a plus.
