Department Overview

The Video Security & Access Control (VS&A) marketing team creates and oversees the execution of integrated marketing programs to drive demand and support our global direct sellers and channel partners. Within the department, this role focuses on developing high-impact end-user messaging, campaign strategies, and sales enablement materials that build brand preference, help to provide end-user demand, and accelerate revenue growth.

Job Description

We are seeking a strategic marketer and natural storyteller with a passion for content creation, end-user demand generation, and sales alignment. In this role, you will be responsible for translating complex VS&A technology into compelling buyer narratives, equipping our direct sales teams with targeted enablement tools, and executing multi-channel growth campaigns. You possess exceptional communication skills, thrive on cross-functional collaboration, and confidently interface with sales leadership, vertical experts, digital marketing, and field marketing peers to execute high-impact initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Narrative Strategy & Content Development
    • Storytelling to translate complex VS&A technical features into clear, compelling, end-user-focused narratives
    • Content Creation to author high-impact enablement materials, including solution briefs, pitch decks, and whitepapers that help sales teams close deals
    • Brand Preference to establish messaging frameworks that build market differentiation and buyer trust across key verticals
  • Sales Enablement & Campaign Execution
    • Direct Sales Enablement to partner closely with direct sales leaders, identifying buyer pain points and delivering targeted tools across primary industry sectors
    • Growth Campaigns to collaborate with digital marketing teams in planning and executing integrated multi-channel campaigns that build pipeline and help to ensure demand generation
    • Field Alignment to coordinate with Channel Field Marketing peers so that campaign assets can be seamlessly adapted for partner-led and regional field initiatives
  • Program Operations & Performance Optimisation
    • Event Activation to support end-user customer webinars, regional workshops, and major trade show activations alongside field marketing teams
    • Funnel Analytics to analyse campaign metrics and asset utilization, continuously optimizing content effectiveness and revenue impact
    • Budget Stewardship to manage allocated program budgets, focusing resources on high-impact growth initiatives

Basic Requirements

  • Technical Expertise
    • CRM & Marketing Automation experience using platforms such as Salesforce (SFDC) and HubSpot to analyse campaign performance and track pipeline funnel metrics
    • Full-Funnel Marketing knowledge covering B2B buyer journeys, campaign execution tactics, and lead conversion strategies
    • Communication Mastery with a demonstrated capability to articulate complex technical concepts into accessible, engaging business narratives
  • Professional Experience
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration demonstrated through successful alignment with sales leaders, vertical subject matter experts, and digital or field marketing teams
    • B2B Content & Enablement track record of creating sales enablement tools, integrated campaign strategies, or messaging frameworks
    • Strategic Execution capability as a self-motivated contributor who can define objectives independently while working collaboratively within a hybrid team model
    • Presentation Skills with confidence presenting strategic plans to executive sales leadership and external audiences
    • Regional/Global Travel willingness to travel up to 25% across regions as needed
