Department Overview: Our Brand and Creative Studio team is in search of a Content Manager. Your mission is to take our core brand message and make it resonate across different cultures, languages, and regions. You aren’t just translating text; you are translating intent. You will be responsible for building the infrastructure that allows us to scale content production rapidly while maintaining brand consistency from Chicago to Penang and everywhere in between.

Job Description:

  • Transcreation Oversight: Manage the end-to-end localization process, ensuring content is culturally relevant, idiomatic, and effective—not just literally translated.
  • Regional Customization: Work with local market leads to identify specific content needs (e.g., regional holidays, local regulations, or unique consumer behaviors).
  • Vendor Management: Source and manage relationships with translation agencies, freelance linguists, and regional creators to ensure high-quality output.
  • Standardized Playbooks: Create global "Content Toolkits" (templates, style guides, and modular assets) that allow regional teams to move fast without deviating from the brand.
  • Global Calendar Management: Orchestrate a complex, multi-time-zone editorial calendar that accounts for regional launch dates and global campaigns.
  • Consistency Guardian: Act as the final gatekeeper for global brand voice, ensuring a unified "One Brand" feel across all territories.
  • Cross-Regional Feedback Loop: Establish a system for local markets to feed insights back to the global team, ensuring the global strategy is informed by local realities.
  • Global ROI Tracking: Analyze content performance by region to determine where to double down on investment and where to pivot strategy.

Basic Requirements:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; professional working proficiency in a second (or third) language is highly preferred.
  • Cultural Intelligence: A deep understanding of international market nuances and a track record of adapting creative campaigns for global audiences.
  • Excellent project management skills; organized and able to multitask and work under short deadlines.
  • High energy: a desire to learn and a drive to excel.
  • Passionate and motivated team player.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Demo reel/portfolio required, demonstrating advanced video editing skills.

In return for your expertise, we’ll support you in this new challenge with coaching & development every step of the way. Also, to reward your hard work you’ll get:

  • Competitive salary and bonus schemes.
  • Two weeks additional pay per year (holiday bonus).
  • 25 days holiday entitlement + bank holidays.
  • Attractive defined contribution pension scheme.
  • Employee stock purchase plan.
  • Flexible working options.
