Role Purpose
To build, lead and continuously develop a high-performing Project Management Office (PMO) that delivers predictable, high-quality, commercially disciplined programme execution across the organisation. The Head of PMO will establish and enforce best-in-class governance, assurance, and delivery frameworks, driving improvements in On-Time Delivery (OTD), Right First Time (RFT), margin performance, and customer satisfaction. This role is critical in transforming delivery capability into a scalable, repeatable and value-driven function aligned to strategic business objectives.
