We are looking for a Senior Visual Designer to join our UK Studio, based out of our London offices. This is a great opening for an experienced Senior Visual Designer or someone new to a Senior Visual design position looking for new challenges and opportunities to grow.

Basic Requirements

  • You must be able to work from our London office or local client office at least twice a week.
  • There may be a requirement to travel to client sites either domestically or internationally.
  • You must be willing to work on projects for clients across a wide range of industries.

The role

As a Senior Visual Designer on this project, you will be part of a large team working on digital journeys across the customer lifecycle. You will work closely with the design lead(s), from discovery through delivery of work, from new product launches to optimisation. You will be experienced using web responsive design systems and working closely with development teams. You will be accountable for delivering and presenting design concepts and solutions that meet the needs of the business and its clients, guiding them through an iterative customer-centred design process. You will be able to self-organise, lead ideation workshops and design reviews with stakeholders and support more junior members of the team.

Key skills and experience

  • Extensive experience creating design solutions for high profile digital products or services, preferably agency, but client side will be considered.
  • Expert in industry-standard design visualisation and prototyping software (for example Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision and so on).
  • Highly conceptual thinking in both visual and interactive design.
  • Understanding of front-end development principles and execution.
  • Previous experience of managing/mentoring more junior designers is desirable.
  • Experience of conducting evaluative research as a way of validating and improving your design solutions.
