  • Define and evolve reusable design patterns, interaction standards, and component guidance to ensure consistency and scalability across the application.
  • Partner closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to align user needs, business priorities, and technical constraints into effective solutions.
  • Advocate for accessibility, usability, and design quality throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Continuously improve existing experiences by analyzing feedback, identifying friction points, and proposing more effective interaction models.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human‑Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, Information Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in UX design for enterprise or complex digital products, with strong depth in workflow‑oriented and data‑dense applications.

  • Demonstrated experience conducting user research, usability studies, and translating findings into actionable product and design improvements.
  • Experience designing for enterprise platforms, operations workflows, or other complex systems where efficiency, clarity, and scalability are critical.
  • Strong understanding of accessibility, inclusive design principles, and usability best practices for professional software products.
  • Proficiency with Figma and other UX design tools for low‑fidelity and high‑fidelity design, prototyping, and design documentation.
  • Experience contributing to or defining design systems, component guidance, and pattern libraries.
