Shape Exceptional Customer Experiences with Foolproof! We’re looking for a highly collaborative and customer-focused Product Owner to join our Agile Release Train (ART) and help deliver innovative, customer-centric products across voice and digital channels. In this role, you’ll own a key product area within the ART, partnering closely with Product Managers, Technology, UX/UI, and cross-functional Squads to shape features, define roadmaps, and deliver measurable business outcomes. You’ll play a critical role in driving customer experience excellence, influencing product direction, and ensuring delivery aligns with ART KPIs and strategic objectives.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Own Product Owner/Management responsibilities for your designated product area within the ART
- Partner closely with Product Team across Squads to align priorities and delivery outcomes
- Lead ART-level feature analysis and refinement for your demand pipeline
- Define and prioritise Features, product goals, and roadmap initiatives
- Collaborate with the Release Train Engineer (RTE) and System Engineer/Architect to refine Features ahead of PI Planning and proactively manage dependencies
- Oversee delivery across multiple Squads within your remit to ensure alignment with business KPIs and customer outcomes
- Take accountability for the functional quality of Features within your product area, ensuring solutions meet business and customer needs before release
- Define Feature Acceptance Criteria, support Feature UAT where required, and confirm Feature completion
- Represent the customer throughout the PI lifecycle by guiding Feature creation, prioritisation, and acceptance
- Communicate progress, priorities, and delivery updates to stakeholders across Portfolios and teams
- Work closely with Senior Product Owners to define Feature requirements and Story detail
- Participate in ART ceremonies including ART Backlog Review, PI Planning, and facilitation of the PO Sync
- Partner with UX/UI Designers to deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure adherence to CX standards and best practices
- Ideate and shape new Features that support ART objectives and contribute to broader product capability evolution

- Proven communication, leadership, and influencing skills
- Experience working closely with technology teams and facilitating collaboration between business and technology Squads
- Experience using data analysis to generate insights and enhance user experiences
- Ability to create exceptional UX while balancing complex legislation requirements and legacy contracts
- Strong understanding of business functions, business strategies, and agile delivery models
- Ability to understand current technology capabilities and anticipate the impact of future trends
- Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams in a scaled agile environment
