We are Indigo Slate, a Seattle based Marketing powerhouse with deep expertise in marketing for technology brands, working closely with Foolproof, a product design specialist. Both companies are owned by Zensar, a global technology provider. Regardless of the brand, each remains committed to the power of experience-led design, marketing and engineering.
We're seeking a seasoned Marketing Operations Centre Lead to spearhead our global marketing efforts. As the leader of our Marketing Operations Centre, you'll oversee a team of experts to streamline processes, analyse performance, and solve problems quickly.
Basic Requirements
- You must be able to work from our London or Norwich office (or local client office at least twice a week.
- Based on our business strategy, client needs and specific job roles, there may be a requirement to travel to client sites either domestically or internationally.
- Due to the consulting nature of our business you must be willing to work on projects for clients across a wide range of industries.
- Must be able to work with our global team and across different time zones is crucial. Hours must be flexible.
The role
This role requires both internal and external engagement and is best suited for a self-starter with a proactive approach and a talent for quickly finding solutions. The ideal candidate will understand the importance of building strong partner relationships while also providing essential support to our internal team. The MOC lead should also feel confident presenting to large groups of partners and stakeholders.

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Operations, or related field.

- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
- Reports and communicates daily with the MOC Leads globally.
- Operational Excellence: Implement and optimize marketing operations processes across all channels (digital, social, email, etc.) to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Technology and Tool Mastery: Evaluate, implement, and optimize marketing technologies (ex: Monday.com) to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Demand Generation, Digital partner marketing advisors, and IT to ensure alignment and smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance marketing performance.
- Manages calendar bookings with calendars, provides agendas, and preps kickoff deck for partner calls.
- Helps build training materials for Internal MOC team.
- Updates Monday.com every day- logging any activity for partners and/or materials you are currently working on.
