We are seeking an OCM Consultant who excels at guiding employees and contractors through onboarding and transition activities during organizational change. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth integration for those joining our organization, while also supporting adjacent teams who remain in place. You will act as a bridge between business needs and technology capabilities, driving successful transitions and fostering a positive experience for all impacted stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Change Management & Communication: Create and execute change management strategies and plans for enterprise-wide initiatives. Conduct change readiness assessments and stakeholder analysis, including those impacted by role transitions. Develop and empower organizational champions to support both onboarding and ongoing change adoption. Lead training efforts, including digital adoption platform implementation, to optimize user engagement and productivity. Communicate clearly and transparently with all stakeholders, ensuring consistent messaging and timely updates. Collect and analyze feedback to identify success stories and areas for improvement, amplifying positive outcomes across the organization.
  • Collaboration & Relationship Management: Partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to align onboarding and transition activities with broader change initiatives. Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing support and coaching throughout the transition journey. Facilitate conflict resolution and incorporate feedback from management to continuously improve transition processes.
  • Onboarding & Transition Support: Design and implement onboarding plans for employees and contractors transitioning into new roles or organizations. Provide hands-on support, coaching, and resources to help individuals acclimate quickly and confidently. Develop transition guides, FAQs, and resource kits tailored to different audiences and departments. Facilitate welcome sessions, orientation workshops, and peer networking opportunities to build community and engagement. Monitor transition progress, gather feedback, and address concerns to ensure a positive experience for both new joiners and adjacent teams.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant Change Management experience, with a focus on onboarding and transition activities.
  • Prosci or equivalent certification.
  • Experience with Digital Adoption Platforms (e.g., WhatFix, WalkMe), including administration, content creation, and analytics.
  • Strong technical aptitude and creativity in designing interactive onboarding and transition content.
  • Analytical mindset for interpreting data insights and measuring transition success.
  • Proven ability to lead delivery-focused discussions and produce connected business process documentation.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and consultative skills.
  • Resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
