The Indigo Lune team is growing, and we’re looking for a hands‑on, entrepreneurial E‑commerce Manager to take full ownership of our early‑stage Shopify store. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of a fast‑growing brand from the ground up. You\’ll be responsible for everything from building a new Shopify site, shaping product and customer experience, to owning the tech stack and driving growth.

This is a standalone and key hire for us, you’ll have full ownership of our e‑commerce strategy, website performance, and digital operations, helping define how Indigo Lune delivers a best‑in‑class shopping experience and scales sustainably.
What you’ll do at Indigo Lune:
- Take full ownership of the Shopify store, from performance to design to conversion.
- Plan, build, and launch a new Shopify site that reflects our brand and product roadmap.
- Work closely with our outsourced development and UX agency.
- Manage apps, integrations, and backend configurations within the Shopify ecosystem.
- Work closely with product, design, and content teams to manage product launches.
- Ensure seamless product presentation, navigation, and site usability.
- Oversee product setup, collections, tagging, and inventory accuracy.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive traffic, improve conversion rates, and grow revenue.
- Collaborate on digital marketing campaigns (email, paid social, SEO, affiliates).
- Leverage data to optimise customer acquisition and retention.
- Own and evolve the e‑commerce tech stack, including apps, third‑party tools, and custom solutions.
- Implement and manage integrations with CRM, analytics tools, fulfillment systems, etc.
- Identify and test new technologies that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and report on key KPIs (traffic, conversion, AOV, LTV, ROAS, etc.).
- Set up dashboards and tracking systems to ensure visibility across performance metrics.
- Use insights to inform product, UX, and marketing strategies.
We’d love it if you have:
- 3+ years experience in e‑commerce management, ideally in DTC or Shopify environments.
- Proven track record of owning and growing an e‑commerce store from early stages.
- Deep knowledge of the Shopify platform (themes, Liquid, apps, integrations).
- Strong understanding of UX, conversion rate optimisation, and e‑commerce best practices.
- Data‑driven mindset with experience using tools like GA4, Shopify Analytics.
- Comfortable managing multiple tools in an e‑commerce stack.
- Self‑starter, problem‑solver, and excited to work in a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial environment.
