A Day in Your Neighbourhood:

  • Create a welcoming sanctuary: Ensure every area of the spa, gym and thermal facilities is beautifully presented, clean, safe and ready for guests throughout the day.
  • Support every guest's journey: Provide a warm welcome, assist with guest enquiries, and ensure every visitor enjoys a relaxing and memorable experience.
  • Keep everything flowing: Replenish towels, robes, refreshments and guest amenities, ensuring every detail is perfectly prepared.
  • Maintain exceptional standards: Carry out regular checks of treatment areas, relaxation spaces, gym facilities and wet areas, keeping them spotless and operating smoothly.
  • Stay one step ahead: Report maintenance issues promptly, monitor equipment, assist with pool testing where required, and ensure all health and safety procedures are followed.
  • Be part of the team: Support Spa Receptionists and Therapists whenever needed, helping to deliver a seamless guest experience across the spa.

What's Your Story?

  • Previous experience in a spa, leisure, housekeeping or hospitality environment (preferred but not essential)
  • A passion for cleanliness, presentation and guest care
  • A positive, friendly and approachable personality
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • A willingness to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays
  • The ability to work on your feet throughout the day and carry out physical tasks
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to support colleagues across the spa team
