We are recruiting for a Business Administrator at Indigo Graphics to assist with a range of duties in our busy and friendly office in Newport.
On offer is an hourly rate of Β£12.80 per hour and flexible hours of between 16-21 hours per week which can be spread over the week or over two days within 9-5.
Main duties
- First person for phone calls
- First person for walk in clients
- Check any works to notify clients they are ready
- Weekly statement of invoices update and send
- Weekly check and chase on outstanding invoices
- Post receipts to accountant
- Keep records of transactions, monies in and out.
- Ordering items as asked β stationery/blades/cleaner etc
- Check and respond to emails and process, or pass on if necessary
- Provide a price guide for call enquiries and walk ins.
- Standard supplies check and order β coffee/milk/toilet roll/ app tape/ eyelets etc.
- Pre design work, set up files for first stage design to quote.
