Are you a detail-driven finance professional with a passion for numbers and process? We’re looking for a Sales Ledger Administrator to join our collaborative and fast-paced finance team. If you thrive in a role where accuracy, organisation, and teamwork are key—this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Processing customer orders and updating the ledger
- Sending customer statements and daily performance stats
- Reviewing aged debt and preparing weekly/monthly reports
- Reconciling accounts and supporting month-end close
- Managing Tesco ASNs & Iceland Directs
- Assisting with payroll and purchase ledger when needed
- Preparing daily KPI reports for senior management
- Supporting general office and finance tasks as required
What You’ll Bring
- Experienced in working with large, process-driven organisations
- Organised, accurate, and confident with numbers
- A strong communicator—both written and verbal
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Proactive and able to manage a varied workload

Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 GCSEs including Maths and English
- Experience with Sage Line 50 and Microsoft Excel is a bonus
