The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
We are looking for an experienced Bakery Production Manager to lead end-to-end operations across our chilled pastry manufacturing site. Working across a 2-shift structure, you will take ownership of four production lines, pastry prep, cooking/meat prep, ingredients storage and oven operations.

What You’ll Do- Lead daily bakery operations through Shift Managers & Team Leaders
- Ensure production is safe, efficient and delivered on time
- Drive OEE, efficiency, waste and yield improvements
- Maintain exceptional GMP, food safety and audit-ready standards
- Develop and coach a strong production leadership team
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Planning, NPD & Technical
- Manage costs, labour planning and material usage
- Senior production experience in chilled food manufacturing (ideally savoury bakery/pastry)
- Strong understanding of high-volume, short-shelf-life operations
- Proven track record improving OEE and reducing waste
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving and communication skills
- A quality-obsessed, safety-first mindset
