We’re looking for a Training Lead / Enablement Consultant to join a global AI enablement initiative. This is a high-impact, hands-on role focused on preparing and delivering cohort-based training sessions that empower champions and teams across multiple regions to adopt AI tools confidently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead structured, live training sessions across four global programme phases
- Prepare engaging training content, toolkits, and supporting materials
- Support localisation of materials with champions in regional teams
- Facilitate drop-in clinics, Q&A sessions, and provide direct cohort support
- Coordinate logistics with regional leads and act as a main point of contact throughout the enablement process
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience delivering live training (virtually and in-person), ideally involving AI, SaaS, or enterprise tools
- Confident communicator with excellent facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Technically competent in AI tools (e.g. Gemini, Copilot, or similar), able to guide users from zero to confident usage
- Proven ability to create and adapt high-quality training materials
- Comfortable working across time zones and within large, global organisations
Nice to Have
- Experience with champion or federated training models
- Familiarity with video creation tools
- Experience supporting tech adoption at scale
Contract Status:
This role has been assessed and confirmed as outside IR35. The successful candidate will be engaged on a contract basis and is expected to operate as an independent consultant or through their own limited company.
