CLBC is seeking a Quality Service Analyst to act as the primary contact for service providers, leading contract negotiations for funding and service levels, and monitoring contracts for quality. The role involves developing resources, managing service requests, and ensuring crisis response resources are available, located in Surrey with hybrid work.
