Are you passionate about cycling and love helping people find the perfect ride? The Specialized Concept Store in Ruislip is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Salesperson to join our dynamic team. As a brand ambassador for one of the world’s most innovative cycling companies, you’ll deliver an outstanding customer experience, sharing your knowledge and love of bikes while helping riders of all levels find exactly what they need.
What you’ll do:
- Engage with customers to understand their cycling needs and recommend the best Specialized products
- Deliver exceptional customer service from first contact to post-sale support
- Build strong product knowledge across the Specialized range – from bikes to gear and accessories
- Support the store team with merchandising, inventory, and events
- Stay up to date on the latest cycling trends and product developments
