Rental Branch Supervisor – Indie Campers

The Role
We’re looking for a travel enthusiast with a passion for face‑to‑face customer service to lead our new depot in Inverness, Scotland. As the branch supervisor you will be the face of Indie Campers on the ground, reporting directly to the UK & Ireland Operations Area Manager. Your goal is to ensure outstanding customer service, maintain our fleet and depot in top condition, and take ownership of all operational issues.
What You’ll Work On
- Guarantee all incoming rentals, organise check‑ins and check‑outs, and coordinate the team’s activities.
- Handle customer complaints, emergencies, and local issues to keep operations running smoothly.
- Train, supervise, and coach a team of 1–3 people.
- Prepare and clean our campervans, monitor maintenance and repair needs.
- Manage fleet logistics and keep campervans in top condition.
- Source and establish a network of vendors and external partners for depot operations.
- Control workforce scheduling, manage inventory, and report stock.
- Assist in reselling campervans, preparing and presenting them on‑site to prospective buyers.
Who We’re Looking For
- Travel enthusiast with experience in tourism, hospitality, retail or rent‑a‑car (desirable).
- 1+ years of team management or supervisory experience.
- Fluent in English (mandatory).
- Eligible to work in the UK, valid driver’s license, and able to drive a campervan (mandatory).
- Available to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Responsible and reliable.
